When using a device with an installed PowerPack, you must press the PowerPack's Charge Indicator to initiate charging the device and PowerPack.
When you plug in the device via USB-C, it charges the internal battery to 90% first, and then charges the external PowerPack simultaneously with the remaining 10% of the internal battery.
The PowerPack does not charge via USB-C when connected to a non-Zebra-approved PD charging adapter.
