Picklist + OCR enables the capture of barcodes and digitization of printed text from images, allowing seamless processing within a single workflow and eliminating the need to switch between functionalities. Data is captured using either the camera or the imager. Picklist + OCR supports recognizing words or lines of text, with optional, customizable OCR rules for constraints and confidence levels.
If using Keystroke Output to output data scanned from Picklist + OCR, Zebra recommends sending a pause (approximately 200 ms) using Advanced Data Formatting rules before sending the scanned data.
