This parameter limits the range at which the scanner decodes or reports certain symbologies (UPC/EAN/JAN, Code 128, and QR Code) while in presentation (hands-free) mode..

Select the desired range. The default value is Disable.

Near - Limits the range so that only nearby barcodes are reported. Used to reduce the chance of inadvertently scanning surrounding barcodes.

Standard - Limits the range to fit most applications.

Far - Limits the range slightly so that farther barcodes are also reported.

Disable - Range is not limited (maximum range).
