Confirm Successful Import of Data from the CSV File

  1. Open the WFC Profile Manager application.
  2. In the Dashboard, navigate to
    Telephony Management
    and then open the
    Extensions
    screen.
  3. In the list of extensions, confirm that the expected entries and their corresponding values appear, including the information for the following:
    • Store_Name
    • Dep_Name
    • Extension Name
    • Profile_type
    • Sip_remhost
    • Sip_Mac_address or Exension_Password (depending on your site’s configuration)
  4. Close the WFC Profile Manager application.
