Enabling Diagnostics activates Dump Mode on the printer, a diagnostic tool specifically designed to help troubleshoot and debug issues with the data sent to the printer. This feature should only be used for advanced troubleshooting.
To enable diagnostics on the printer:
From the Printer Dashboard, tap
Settings

Tap
General

The General Settings screen appears.
Tap the
Toggle
button in Diagnostics to activate this feature. At the prompt, tap
Enable
.
A brief printout is generated by the printer confirming it is now in Dump Mode.
