If you need to unpair a Bluetooth-connected printer, such as for troubleshooting, ensure you use your mobile device's Settings menu rather than the Printer Setup Utility application. If you prefer to deselect a printer, go to Deselecting a Printer.
On your mobile device, go to the
Settings
menu.
Tap
Connections
.
Tap
Bluetooth
.
A list of paired devices appears.
Tap the
Settings
icon beside the printer to be unpaired.
Tap
Unpair
.
A new scan discovers and displays the available devices. You may pair with a printer on this screen, initiate a new scan, or exit the menu.
