With the Printer Setup Utility, you can save the printer settings to a file. There are three menus where you can save your settings to a file: Connectivity Settings, Media Settings, and Print Quality.
The following procedure describes how to save settings to a file, using Media Settings as an example.
From the Printer Dashboard, tap
Settings
and then tap
Media
.
Alternatively, you can quickly access Media Settings by tapping
Edit Media Settings
located on the Printer Dashboard.
Adjust the Media Settings as needed.
Tap the checkbox
Save settings to file
, and then tap
Apply
.
Follow the prompts on your mobile device to set up your Saved file location, and then tap
Save
.
Your file is saved to your mobile device, and your settings are applied to the printer. You are returned to the Media Settings screen.
