Add a Template

Add a Template

You can add customized print templates to the Print Template feature. Before adding templates, ensure they are saved on your device, such as in a Documents folder. Templates can also be added from cloud storage providers, provided the accounts are configured on the device.
To add a template to Printer Template:
  1. From the Printer Dashboard, tap
    Templates
    .
  2. Tap
    Add Template(s)
    .
    • Interactive and fillable templates use a .zpl file extension.
    • Images can also be used as templates. The maximum allowable image size is 2 MB.
    A Permissions Required prompt displays if access to the file system is not allowed. Tap
    App Settings
     to enable the required permissions and continue.
    Your template is added to the Print Template list and displays an icon.
  3. Locate the file within the device and select it.
    • Tap printer template icon to select a template stored on the printer.
    • Tap built-in sample template icon to select a built-in sample template.
    • Tap device template icon to select a template stored on the device.
