Printer Setup Utility is intended for all customers and partners. Moreover, Printer Setup Utility may be used by Zebra Technical Support as part of a fee-based service called Install-Configure-Assist (ICA). As part of the service, customers are instructed how to download the application and receive guided support throughout the set up process.
