Wired Ethernet is used when a printer is connected to your LAN using an Ethernet cable. The advantage of a wired connection is that it is generally faster than a wireless (Wi-Fi ) or Bluetooth connection.
Within the Wired Ethernet Settings menu, you may change, save, and apply the following elements:
Hostname
IP Addressing Protocol
Client ID
Client ID Type
Save settings to file. Follow the prompts to save the file to your preferred location.
Apply the setting to the printer.
