Send a Settings File to a Printer

You can transfer a saved settings file to your printer.
  • Sending files over a Bluetooth LE connection is limited to file sizes of 1 MB or less.
  • The settings files are named by appending a number to the end of the file name. (The default increment is 1 and the range is 1–9999.)
To send the settings file to a printer:
  1. From the Printer Dashboard, tap
    Files
    .
  2. Locate the desired file and tap it to proceed.
  3. Tap
    Send To Printer
    .
    • To quit without sending, tap
      Close
      .
After the file has been successfully sent, a notification confirms the action.
