Performing a Factory Reset

A factory reset deletes all created jobs on the camera.
A factory reset deletes all created jobs on the camera. It is critical to save all jobs and user-specific information before performing the factory reset. Following a factory reset, the device restores its factory default settings and must be reconfigured and set to the appropriate mode using the USB-C cable. For example, if you are using the FS10 with the Serial and Ethernet cable, or the FS80 with the RS232 or HID cable, ensure you are in the appropriate interface mode before enabling the cables.
  1. Click
    Operator
     to launch the login window.
  2. Enter the following credentials:
    1. User ID: admin
    2. Password: admin
  3. Click
    Login
    .
  4. Click .
  5. On the
    General
     tab, click
    Reset All
      in the
    Factory Reset
     field, and wait for the device to reboot (approximately 45-60 seconds).
