The Checkpoint antenna is installed inside the upper housing below the platter, and loops around the top of the vertical window. The antenna cable is routed alongside the scanner and connects to the controller box.
Improper installation of Checkpoint antennas can cause issues with scale functionality.
To install the antenna:
Remove the MP72 platter.
Set the antenna in place in the upper housing of the MP72, around the vertical window and into the body of the device.

Use the four screws provided to secure the antenna to the housing using a T8 Torx screwdriver.
Route the antenna cable alongside the scanner and out the corner of the MP72, near the vertical window.
The connector on the antenna cable shown is an example only. Use the connector appropriate for the specific EAS controller.
Contact your local Checkpoint representative to install the EAS cable to the Checkpoint System. Refer to the Checkpoint device documentation for details on functionality.
