Conversations

The
Conversation
 view lists all of the conversations of your users. Each conversation consists of one or more messages. Messages get automatically deleted after 30 days. When a conversation has no remaining messages, it is removed.
The
Conversations
 view is available to users with the Super-Admin role.

Filter for conversations:
  • Internal displays ZEMS messages and PTT calls.
  • Broadcast displays broadcast messages.
  • External displays messages from an external source, such as WhatsApp and SMS.

Search conversations by username.

Refresh to update the Conversation view.

Total number of conversations. When a conversation is opened, it shows the number of messages within it.
Select a conversation to view the individual messages.
Messages in a Conversation
Individual messages in a ZEMS conversation

Number of message recipients, including offline users.

Number of users who have downloaded the message. This includes users that have read the message.

Number of users who have read the message.

Total number of messages in this conversation.
Select a message to view the message status for each recipient. You can also use the
User Login
 and
Status
 fields to filter by user or status.
