Send an audio file, or announcement, to an IWG endpoint. The announcement appears as a missed call to recipients who are offline when the announcement is sent.

to send an announcement from a third-party application.
Select an IWG endpoint.
Click the Audio icon ()
Select an audio file in the
Send Audio Announcement
dialog.
Click
Close
. The audio file is processed and sent.
The announcement is sent as a PTT Pro call. The call ends after the announcement is received.
