Infobip and ZEMS Communication

Configuring communication between Infobip and ZEMS involves creating the Infobip connector, creating an incoming ZEMS webhook, and configuring Infobip with the incoming webhook.
The steps to create communication between Infobip and ZEMS must be completed in the following order:
  1. Create the Infobip Connector as described in Creating an Infobip Connector.
  2. Create an incoming ZEMS webhook. A ZEMS webhook URL is generated when you complete the configuration of the incoming ZEMS webhook.
  3. Configure the messaging option for the Infobip phone numbers with the incoming ZEMS webhook URL.
When a message is sent with an attachment, the recipient will receive two messages. One message contains the message text and the second message contains the attachment.
