Mirror FTP Server Configuration

For a Zebra printer to successfully use Mirror, the Mirror FTP server must have the following:
For a Zebra printer to successfully use Mirror, the Mirror FTP server must have the following:
  • A client account (user name and password) for the printer to use
  • A root (base) directory for Mirror updates. This root directory must have the following subdirectories: 
/appl 
/files 
/commands
  • A Mirror feedback folder (optional)
The printer's FTP user account must have the necessary permissions to read/write files in the update and feedback root directories. The
/appl

, and
/commands
 subdirectories are read only; the Mirror feedback folder is read/write. If these permissions are not properly set, the Mirror update and feedback processes will be unsuccessful.
